NorQuest College เมือง Edmonton เมืองหลวงของจังหวัด Alberta ประเทศเทศแคนาดา ซึ่งเดิมชื่อว่า Alberta Vocational College (AVC) ได้รับการจัดตั้งอย่างเป็นทางการโดยรัฐบาลของรัฐ Alberta ในปี 1965 และเปลี่ยนมาเป็น ชื่อ Norquest college อย่างเป็นทางการเมื่อปี 1999 

วิทยาเขตทั้ง 2 แห่ง ของ NorQuest College 

1. Edmonton Downtown Campus เป็นวิทยาเขตหลักของวิทยาลัย ตั้งอยู่ในตัวเมือง Edmonton ให้บริการโปรแกรมการเรียนการสอนหลากหลาย รวมถึงบริการสนับสนุนสำหรับนักเรียนทั้งในประเทศและต่างชาติ 
2. Wetaskiwin Campus ตั้งอยู่ในเมือง Wetaskiwin ห่างจาก Edmonton ประมาณ 70 กิโลเมตร เป็นศูนย์กลางการเรียนรู้ที่ให้บริการในระดับท้องถิ่นและเน้นการศึกษาเฉพาะด้าน เช่น การพยาบาลและการบริการสุขภาพ

5. หลักสูตรของสถาบัน ฯ มีสถิติของนักเรียนได้รับการจ้างงานภายใน 6 เดือน หลังการสำเร็จการศึกษาและมี employment graduation rate สูงถึง 95%
